  1. Hi and Happy July! I am a Notary Public, got my commission last year through ANA, but have not put it to use yet! I also just got my loan signing certification through NNA (like last week). First I have been advised by a couple of people in the industry not to become a RON until I have a full understanding of being a mobile loan signing agent /notary public. And I would want to consider doing that for at least a year. what is your take on that? Do you feel that someone with no experience, should consider first working as a mobile notary vs a RON?

  2. Hi Adi,

Thank you for sharing in details step by step to become a RON! I've been a notary in California for 4 years and I'm pregnant now so RON will probably a good fit for me for the next few years. I'm quite confused about the pay you mentioned. Is it by job or by hours when you log in the platform? For example, you log in for an hour but there's no call coming in, then you don't get pay right? Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you!

  3. Hello, I realize this is mainly texas but can you give your opinion on the best states to do online notary and online loan signings? I am moving from Oregon. And I'm a new loan signing agent but moving for personal reasons. Thanks

  4. Hi, Adi! I have a question. So, i just completed the Notary Public process in my state. I am working toward trying to make a cloffice. & I was just wondering if that is what you did. If so, I would love to see a how you did that.

  5. hi ! ty for sharing 🙂 if i am commissioned in AK and my client is in TX i have to follow TX regulations/laws? I think i'm feeling lost because i have not taken a ron course yet lol

  6. Hi Adi – just want to let you know your video motivated me to be a RON. I have a question about the errors & liability ins.- how much did you pay for it? Is this something necessary in order to complete with the process?

  7. You are a blessing!!!! I'm originally from Cali, born and raised. I moved to North Carolina and raised my children there. After living in NC for years, I moved to Texas, after a series of health problems, to help my daughter. I have been considering Notary for years but, never moved forward. In the last several weeks I have begun the process and I'm so happy I found you! I watch you daily and learn a great deal from you.🙂 Please keep sharing!

  8. Hi Adi! Great Video! I'm in Dallas, TX already got all my certifications and commissions for Notary Signing Agent. My challenge has been finding assignments in the evenings through signing services. I have a 3 year old at home as well because daycare costs are just too expensive right now. I do work remotely and have a lot of down time throughout the day, which is why I was looking at getting my "feet wet" with Loan signings remotely. looking at getting the RON certification, this video has help me see the value in that additional certification, while I save for that expensive dual laser printer to finally get some real in person signings completed. I would love to connect I see you are in Texas area, anyways, I'm new subscriber! 🙂

  9. I am so glad I came up to your videos, your so self explanatory and I enjoy watching you. I just started watching you and I started with taking out my general notary and now I’m trying to be a RON as well. Every time I listen to your videos I have no issues following your instructions. Thank you for all your informative videos and I appreciate you so much!

  10. Do you offer consulations/personal teachings? Yes, I see all the videos but I'd like to just pay for a personal one on one where I can touch base which each step as I go along. I'm in Texas so this was like, a sign that it your video came up on my recommendations!
