these fees are taking advantage of notaries. And in FL you can charge $10 per signature for general so if they charge $10 what do you get? So now you have to increase random fees to the signer just to make a profit? They want yearly subscrption plus charge you per work you do? Ridiculous. We pay hundreds of dollar and have to take constant courses to stay up to date with all the laws. Best to just set up your own site and invest in your own supplies and do direct.

i think its good to have remote certification. But I wouldn’t do it as my main. Because it cost more $ with fees and platform fees vs what you actually make. i would say do your own marketing to get those quality leads instead of outsourcing it so you cut costs.
