  1. Do the signing agencies that contact you set up the attorney for you? Will they ever try to get you to do closings without an attorney? Why do some say we can do applications, loan mods, seller/buyer packs, refinance, etc without an attorney?

  2. I just looked at a video that was very discouraging because they pretty much said due to the fact Georgia is an attorney state you aren't able to make much money. This made me very discouraged. What would be my purpose if the attorney has to do it? I am someone trying to understand because I do reside in Georgia
