Do the signing agencies that contact you set up the attorney for you? Will they ever try to get you to do closings without an attorney? Why do some say we can do applications, loan mods, seller/buyer packs, refinance, etc without an attorney?
Note taken Attorney Brown… be available! Thank you for all of the information you provided. I’m a newbie and am glad that I had an opportunity to tune in. 😊
Super content. Thank you
Any advice on South Carolina. It says it's not allowed to conduct with an attorney present. How do you overcome this?
I am not in Georgia, however, appreciate you all addressing the caveats that loom before beginners ever start their journey as loan signing agents. Have a prosperous 2021, all!
Great video! Thank you! I was considering moving to Texas until I found out it’s a attorney state.
I live in GA. Can I get a direct service from an attorney (will I still get paid $175) ?….. Can I get direct service from a escrow office?
Hello I love your channel
May I ask what certification is best to boost a notary business in attorney state
I just looked at a video that was very discouraging because they pretty much said due to the fact Georgia is an attorney state you aren't able to make much money. This made me very discouraged. What would be my purpose if the attorney has to do it? I am someone trying to understand because I do reside in Georgia
Thank you all. This was very informative being a Georgia Notary.
Do have information on being a notary in South Carolina or no someone I can connect with to learn, I’m a newbie
Working out of Arizona as an Loan Signing Agent, how can I get in front probate, estate planning etc….
It was a very interesting interview.
So if you get work from a signing service and don't go through direct service with the attorney in your state, does an attorney still have to be present?
