I'm a residential real estate attorney in Illinois and I was a Closing Agent for a title company for 10 years at the start of my career. Do I still need an NNA certification for these companies in my case? I have $ 1 million E&O all the rest but no NNA Cert.
Can you do RON with all of these companies?
