I haven’t got my results yet but there’s a lot I wanted to share about the test for anyone wanting to become a Notary Loan Signing Agent, the test is not what is on the handbook exactly so do all the research you can on what your job entitles you to do and not do. Know your terms. Know your fees and penalties. This is the MOST serious business you can get into, you’re definitely under the Secretary of State, so be legit in all your ways. Important that you let new notaries know they can not complete the I-9 or any associated documents here in California. They can be fined and their commission revoked.
What other esignature plate form can you use to get a certified digital signature for the upload of SOS online notary upload? I've tried Adobe and it's stating it's not X.509 certified

I took the class and didn’t pass. It is nice now knowing what it’s like I can study and I’m about to go back to retake this month.

What no one tells you? LOL This is basic info, they let you all that once you enroll in the class lol how funny.
I really felt it when you said “I’m not trying to stay stuck” it’s the story of my life. I’m interested in doing this but I feel I have no guidance. Also, how much do you have to know about the legal documents that you are notarizing? Do you have to be able to read and interpret everything they are saying?
You will go farther if you learn how to be humble 💪

Classes offer so many "packages" that I do not know what to purchase. Do you have a video explaining exactly what items I need to purchase in order to be up and running after I pass the exam?

I just took my exam Saturday in Glendale, CA. It sure was harder than I thought 😳 . As soon as I got home I scheduled another exam 4 weeks out in case I didn’t pass.

Very helpful video! Thanks for all the insight! Some tips I have for anyone watching and reading, I found multiple practice tests and print outs online and I take the stuff everywhere I go and treat it like a book! Also, a really good way to practice this stuff is to explain what a public notary does in different situations to your friends and family! I noticed that majority of people think this stuff is a foreign language and it helps you understand the craft more and more!
