Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and experience with us! I just recently became commissioned in GA and have been a little nervous about performing notarial acts. I just picked up my seal today. I want to do general notary work for a little while and then work my way up to loan signing. Once again thanks for posting a great video!
Hi Kimmi, I came across your channel last year when I decided to pursue loan signing. I was crushed when I learned that Georgia was an attorney state but regained hope after watching your videos. I set out to get training and did the background check and was denied to continue the certification because of some traffic court violation. I have to look into it, but do u have any advice on how I could get around this or how I could handle this to be able to clear my background to be a loan signer?
This was just the information I needed. Thank you so much for breaking this down.
Thanks Kim. I’m also from Michigan and currently living in Georgia. Looking to get started soon!!
Great info. Can you tell me two things: Where did you get your Loan Signing Agent education, what system?
What printer do you use.
Thank you for taking your time to help us ! You are a gem!
Hi Kimmi, how do I sign up to get certified to be a signing agent?
I just became a notary in Georgia. I am creating a mobile notary business.
Hi Kimmi! Thank you for sharing!! I recently became Commissioned in Henry County & I'd like to do loan signings..What kind of Attorneys do you recommend, Closing Attorneys? Etc. I'm just trying to get an clear understanding on how to go about this..
I'm so confuse on the attorney part. Do i call an attorney and if do do i pay the attorney or the customer. So confuse???????????
Hi. I'm looking for a notary signing mentor. Would you be interested?
Hi 👋🏽 how did you get the loan signings ?
Still Winning👍🏾📑
I understand what it means to have an attorney involved. What I’m confused about is do you still get assignments from signing agencies or do you have to seek work from attorney’s offices?
Thank you! This is very encouraging!
What is your email? Would love to speak with you!
I want to link up with you, you’re so helpful
Where can I find attorneys to work with also any websites you can recommend to join for signings?
so do you suggest taking one of those expensive courses like NNA?
Thanks for sharing so much with us. I am in the process of starting a PT Notary Business in Georgia. These videos are so helpful.
Where do I get the ga handbook?
But having the attorney involved doesn’t that slow up the process and makes it take longer?
Thank you for this video! I am still a little confused…….so do I as the LSA employ the Attorney? How does the attorney get paid? So just to ensure that I am understanding correctly, if someone is closing on a house, all parties will be present, I can provide closing services, as long as I have my attorney in the room in some capacity?
Thanks for this info….I’m just getting everything together to get started and this is good to know. I think having the attorney present via video call takes away some of the nervousness. Thanks again and continued success.
This is so good to know.
Congratulations Ms. Simpson on getting your stamp. You got this!!! 🎉🎉🎉
