Mark, Maryland is one of the states where a notary exam is required. Additionally in Maryland I was required to obtain a Title Insurance Producer license to become a loan signing agent. Have to renew it every 2 years on the bday month. 😕

I'm a notary and sadly took another course for the loan signing agent that cost me approximately the same cost above with zero instructions on what to do after getting certified. What would you suggest I do? Take your entire course, or do you have another program I can take?

Are you responsible for explaining what they are signing or just where they are to sign? I would think they have reviewed their forms first with mortgage officer.
