How To Get Your First Signing Appointment As A New Notary Public Loan Signing Agent in 2022

So you signed up with a ton of Signing Services, you have all your equipment and supplies for a Notary Public Business and you still have not been able to get a signing, AND you need money right now, right? I’m here to tell you it’s easier than you think, and if you really want to grow, you’re going to need to try other things besides signing up with Signing Services. Here are my tips: 1. Set up your Google Business Page, this is free! 2. Set up your Yelp Business Page, this is also free! 3. Set up your social media accounts, in particular your business Instagram account. This is to network with lenders, loan officers, escrow agents, real estate agents, title companies, etc. You cannot rely on jobs coming in daily AND getting assigned if you are solely with Signing Services. There is more and more people in 2022 becoming a Notary Public Loan Signing Agent, so you have to start to think of ways to stand out! Call up the Signing Service and introduce yourself, make sure to follow up each time you see a signing notification, CALL THEM UP 📞 bug them so much to the point where they know you’re the one calling 👏💯🙌 If you really need money TODAY, loan signings is not the way. You need to try doing general notary work, it’s so simple and straightforward and you get paid TODAY. Not Net 30, not Net 45. TODAY 🔥 If you need help learning how to notarize, or how to start marketing your business, let’s talk! 1. I just received my notary. I don’t have a business just I dependent on my own. Can you still set up google business and yelp? Also, what documents can I sign and not sign? Where can I get or find a list?

  2. Hi Adi. I took EZ notary class like you suggested, past my test, got my supplies. When I sent my oath & bond & comission certificate to the county clerks office I sent the original because I was under the impression I would get it back. It's not been almost 3 weeks and I already got my oath & bond back in the mail with confirmation that it was filed. But I never got back my comission certificate…. my question is do they usually mail back your comission certificate that you send? Can I start notarizing already?

  3. You give notaries a bad name! You are pretending to be an experienced notary, but really you are a poser, not only that – but you're asking people to pay you $9.99 a month literally for your 1 year of experience and "wisdom" for being a notary (and I'm sure it's actually a few months shy of 1 year). There are 20 and 30 year notary veterans that are much wiser than you that these people should be listening to. I do wish you success – but seriously you need to stay in your lane, and let the experts do their job until you are a 10, 20, or 30 year veteran THEN make these videos – but you are just inserting yourself somewhere you don't even belong, and you are being kinda dishonest about it. Not right! You need to correct yourself.

  4. I’m here in Riverside, just to drive anywhere costs money and everything is so far spread apart, not to mention traffic in every city. I keep hearing the signing services pay are absolutely at its worst. (If you even get an offer). I keep hearing on YouTube this is a side hustle but what about for those that this is our full-time bread and butter job? It’s making me doubt that this can’t be a full-time job. I’ve invested money I didn’t even have and maxed credit card out. Now I’m regretting this. Feeling so hopeless and discouraged. I really appreciate this encouragement as I’m sure many on here are feeling the same way. I will definitely setup my business in every opening platform possible. I just hope it’s profitable. May I make a video request? If you’d consider, how should we charge our services as a general notary public? I’m Riverside, California and everything is spread out and far. Any tips and what I can expect? Btw Net means after tax, take home, gross is your before take home.
Also, California gas prices just increased to $7 now 😭😭😭

  5. Your right. Youtuber's made it intriguing. When they talked about signing up for signing services they neglected to say that some want a year experience so we spend all this waisted time signing up for services that won't hire us. Your video came right on time!!!

  6. Good Morning. I live here in San Antonio Texas and just saw your video I thought it was very informative. I am trying to start on becoming a notary/loan signer but am a little confused on what I need to start, I hope you can help me navigate through the process. Thank you and have a great day,
