Thank you for the video. I needed a side hustle as a working college student. This will put me in business!
This is real good
In Mississippi a Notary can marry people as well. Just thought you would like to know.
Would you recommend it with someone who has no experience and bills to pay to take the leap and get certified?
Thank you for that information. I have everything for over a year and have not started. I need a mentor. I’m so afraid 😟.
Great info! I will follow
I've had my commission for about 2.5 years now and have yet to use as I never knew where to start.
Just passed my test!!! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you 💕 again. I'm on my way.
Isn't it true as a notary we cannot notorize the documents if we are the officiate of that wedding? Conflict of interest?
You are exactly correct I have been wanting to be certified as a Notary public but I honestly didn’t think that there was money in the field.
How do I start please?
There are so many websites that offer classes not sure which ones are legitimate.
I live in Tennessee to. Do you mind if I ask what city are you in?

You gave me such motivation I have been a notary for 12 years just completed my NSA course Im just nervous to start …..
I am paying for my class next week. I have been doing research but I’m ready to start.
Good Morning. Thank You for giving out this information. I have watched several videos of NS, sis you are straight to the point, your voice is so calming. I have been in healthcare for approx 30 yrs, went PRN last month, so I can begin this journey into NS. So happy to know I can join with someone like you to educate me with some new skills. I love, love helping people and watching them succeed in whatever. I am praying and trusting in the Lord, for guidance and understanding. Thank You sooo much
It's funny I came across your YouTube channel because at two different times when I went to my bank the service of getting something notarized is free however they had no idea where they were supposed to sign and or put the seal the first time the woman guessed at it and I guess she guessd correctly because it was accepted by my 401 K person the other day I went she had no idea and because of this I believe I'm going to have to go back and have it stamped and sealed again I don't know how they became a notary public LOL
Thank you for your knowledge you shared with us. I just applied and waiting to hear back for general notery work and after that I plan on getting into becoming a signing agent just need to know where to start .thanks again this video was very helpful.
Thank you, beautiful 🌹 #NewSub
…please, tell em Not to sleep on medical & billing records from attorneys…ROI depts at hospitals, orthopaedics etc. Any professional practice required to provide billing for medical services rendered for accidents have records in association to the court cases filed. Paralegals most often are overworked and this work is outsourced to "record retrieval companies".
I am in San Antonio.
Go get them bags 💜
I would like more info on your course. I’m a current notary, getting my RON within the next few weeks and signing agent after that.
Im studying right now for my notary public certification. Ive been in healthcare for 18 years and im burnt out.. so im looking to go a different direction…i will always have a love for heathcare but COVID has been exhausting to say the least. So im looking for new endeavors. Thank you for the information.
What are some of the better companies to take the Signing Agent course so I become certified? I have already been commissioned.
This is great information. I had my commission since November and I don’t know where to start. This information is great help but I still will need some guidance along the way. I so glad I saw your video!!
I got my commission and have been signing up with signing services but have not done a signing yet:(
Omgoodness! I love you and your support more! I’m purchasing mine today. 🙏🏽 Looking forward to being your disciple!
Thank you. This was soooo incredibly helpful. I'm preparing for my first Notary Public exam set for next Saturday, in California.
I just got commissioned and passed the loan signing course. Idk where to begin. But I want to travel and do this.
I received my Notary in September of 2021 I just wanted to serve my community I didn’t know you could get so much income from it
Thank you so much Michelle for the great info. I'm in Illinois and a Notary Public for my job and checked my area and notice there weren't a lot of notaries so I decided I'll start as a general notary in the area and train for the Loan Signing Agent at a later time. Want to test the waters first. Should I get another journal to keep it separate from the job? Also, I was told journals are old school and to use invoices, not familiar with that process. Any advice you could give me would be much appreciated. Is there somewhere I could find pricing for a general notary pricing list?
Hi . I am a notary from Iran since 2009. THank you for your teachings.
I signed up to take the notary course in California and never completed it… this video has me giving it a second thought
Just starting out with this. Very new.
Thanks for the information I look forward to learning more.
I got my commission and have my appointment on Friday to be sworn in. I'm looking forward to getting started with my business!
I am now a loan signing agent. This has been life changing. I know some Notaries prefer to do last will and testament etc. I drive far, but I get paid well. I make about $10k a month +/-. I love it and it has helped my family tremendously.
I do know that a lot of people think we don't make money. I can understand that, but you will make what you want.
I recently became a Notary Public in Georgia. This information is on time for me. You mentioned Signing Agent is that an addition to Notary or is it the same?
I was a notary public in Illinois for ten years. However, without the loan signing course there were restrictions on what I was allowed to do. In Illinois, when I applied for my commission, all you had to do was get bonded and insured then pay the fee (which was $10.00?). They didn't even make me take and pass a test. I did however, read the handbook that came in PDF form. According to that handbook, a notary cannot charge for their services in Illinois and there were certain legal documents that I was not allowed to notarize.
I thoroughly enjoyed this informative video.. As a newly commissioned Notary, I will definitely take these tips and apply them to my business. Thank you so much! ❤️
This is a really great resource. Thank you for the information. Very informative.
This is exactly what I needed. I received my notary certification early this year. Thank you.
What are the printers you use?
